The REB Awards are back for the 12th consecutive year to celebrate the best of the best in real estate sales and property management, hosted in support by principal partner Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
This year’s celebration will culminate in a black-tie gala ceremony to highlight the outstanding contribution of professionals and businesses working within the industry, including agents, networks, innovators, leaders and property managers.
Over 300 finalists were chosen out of over 950 submissions to champion real estate professionals and businesses across 19 individual and 13 group categories.

With the Australian real estate industry booming over the last few years, many innovative professionals and businesses are leveraging the awards program to drive growth, attract and retain top talent, and secure listings and sales.
Becoming a finalist in the REB Awards cements leading professionals and businesses’ role in driving the real estate industry forward. This accolade recognises an entrant’s commitment to excellence in the real estate industry, enhancing professional reputation and career advancement.
The winners will be announced at the black-tie gala ceremony on Thursday, 20 February 2025, at The Star, Sydney, where industry professionals can network with leaders and peers. Click here to buy tickets.
Finalists will battle it out across the 19 individual categories, including Auctioneer of the Year, Buyer’s Agent of the Year, Principal of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, and Sales Agent of the Year (regional and metropolitan).
This year’s highest-scoring winner from the individual award categories will receive the coveted Excellence Award 2025.
Some of REB’s group categories include Buyers Agency of the Year, Sales Office of the Year, and Innovator of the Year. Through this prestigious accolade, group finalists will gain recognition to elevate the organisation above the competitor.
Since launching 13 years ago, the REB Awards have been known as the benchmark for excellence across Australia. The awards recognise industry thought leaders and professionals propelling the real estate industry forward.
The finalists have been selected from a judging panel of industry professionals across a range of backgrounds. Each category has several judges assigned so that finalists are selected based on the expertise and opinions of a diverse judging panel.
The criteria evaluates growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence and contribution to Australia’s real estate sector to determine the key leaders within the real estate industry.
