Century 21 continues to expand its footprint in Queensland, with Century 21 Central GC launching a second location.
Century 21 Australasia announced the opening of a new office in Broadbeach, on the Gold Coast, marking the second location for Century 21 Central GC under the leadership of principal Sasan Rahmani.
With 16 years of experience with the Century 21 brand, Rahmani already operates an office in nearby Benowa catering to the Gold Coast market.
According to the network, Rahmani brings a wealth of expertise, having spent two decades managing property development companies across NSW, South Australia and Queensland. Alongside this, he holds a graduate diploma in accounting from Sydney’s north shore Technical College.
As a co-owner of Century 21 Central GC with his wife, Rita, Rahmani is reportedly eager to extend his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism within their team.
“We know that every customer is unique. Everyone has different reasons for buying, selling, renting or leasing, and different needs that come with that,” Rahmani said.
Ian Carter, national network manager for Century 21 Australasia, praised Rahmani’s continued achievements within the company.
“I am extremely excited for Sasan who is an experienced, long-serving and well-respected member of the Century 21 Australasia network. I have no doubt that he will continue to thrive and provide the same excellent service in his second location in Broadbeach,” Carter said.
The Broadbeach team is set to assist clients with various property needs, from weekend getaways to investment opportunities and family homes.
The new Century 21 office follows on from the brand’s recent expansion in the Sunshine State. The network recently welcomed a new outpost in Bundaberg, where seasoned real estate professionals Michael Nash and Corey Hay opened Century 21 Estate Agents.
