The expansion will see Sutherland Shire agency Luxe Real Estate join Pulse Property as its third office.
Pulse Property Agents is strengthening its footprint in the Sutherland Shire with the announcement of its third office in Cronulla, scheduled to open in February 2025.
As part of this expansion, the team at the Cronulla-based Luxe Real Estate will join Pulse Property, with the aim of strengthening the brand’s ability to deliver services to landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the Sutherland Shire market.
Pulse Property highlighted Luxe Real Estate’s long history in the region, with more than 35 years of experience in the Sutherland Shire, noting that the team’s in-depth understanding of the local market and community will complement Pulse’s approach and provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on the area’s property market.
The new Cronulla office joins Pulse’s existing locations in Miranda and Sutherland, underscoring the brand’s commitment to strategic growth while maintaining its focus on personalised services driven by local expertise.
Commenting on the expansion, director of Pulse Property Agents, Ben Pike, shared he was “thrilled” to expand into the “vibrant and sought-after” Cronulla market alongside Luxe Real Estate Agents.
