The newly elected chief executive officer of Raine & Horne aims to continue the agency’s ongoing growth.
Raine & Horne has appointed Chris Nicholl as chief executive officer, having joined the company in May 2023 where he oversaw the agency’s commercial offering.

He joined Raine & Horne having served as chief executive officer - Asia Pacific at Arealytics, and as managing director - SE Asia, Australasia and Japan at RICS.
He also worked as a regional director, enterprise solutions, at Cushman & Wakefield.
The announcement comes as the company ended 2024 with a growing national footprint, with the launch of new offices in the Mornington Peninsula and Macquarie Park.
