Elders Advantage Group has opened a new office in Port Stephens to capitalise on the region’s growing property market.
Elders Real Estate has continued its expansion by opening a third office in Port Stephens, NSW, further strengthening its presence in the NSW region.
The move reinforces Elders’ commitment to delivering high-quality real estate services across the Upper Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter, and Port Stephens regions.
The new office will be led by Adam Wells, a seasoned real estate professional with a decade of property sales and customer service experience at another network branch location in Dubbo.
Wells said his new role at Elders Advantage Group was an exciting step as the Port Stephens’ property market holds promising investment opportunities.
“I’m looking forward to bringing Elders’ trusted service and my experience to this beautiful region,” Wells said.
“Port Stephens is a thriving coastal market with a blend of residential, lifestyle, and investment opportunities.”
According to the December Property Outlook report, properties in Port Stephens currently range from $850,000 to $893,000 and are expected to grow on average by 8 per cent in the next 10 years.
Elders Advantage Group’s expansion into Port Stephens aligns with managing directors Ricky Briggs and Gavin Coulson’s vision to deliver quality services in metropolitan and regional high-growth lifestyle regions.
Elders’ general manager of residential real estate and brand, Belinda Connor, said Briggs and Coulson have built momentum since launching Elders Advantage Group in 2014.
“We are incredibly proud to see the momentum Ricky and Gavin have built in such a short time operating as Elders Advantage Group,” Connor said.
“The opening of Port Stephens is a natural extension of their success, and having Adam Wells lead this new office is an exciting opportunity for the local market.”
