Harcourts Property Centre Coorparoo, located in Brisbane, has welcomed seasoned sales professional Matt Christie to the team.
Christie brings over 30 years of experience in the sales industry, including a 13-year tenure with Mercedes-Benz Brisbane.
During his time at Mercedes-Benz, he held key positions such as corporate sales manager and new car sales manager, earning recognition in customer service, negotiation and relationship management.
His transition into real estate was driven by a longstanding passion for property, having bought and sold properties as both an owner-occupier and investor in Coorparoo since 2003.
Harcourts co-directors Sam Devlin, Aaron Brooks, and Nathan O’Neill expressed enthusiasm for Christie’s arrival, noting the value of his high-end sales experience.
“It is often said that the best after-sales customer service industry in the world is the prestige car market, so we are excited to have the experience of Matt on board with our team,” they said.
Christie said he is looking forward to joining his wife, Mel Christie, who has served under Harcourts Property Centre Coorparoo for five years as a sales and marketing executive.
“I’m incredibly excited to join my wife, Mel Christie, and the rest of the Harcourts Property Centre team, and contribute to the successful business she has built over the last 10 years,” Christie said.

Christie’s addition to the Harcourts Property Centre follows the recent hiring of Sim Gill as the team’s lead sales agent, who brings nearly a decade of experience in the property market.
