The PRD network has strengthened its presence in the Canberra region by opening PDR Queanbeyan along the ACT-NSW border.

The new office is owned and managed by Dan and Martina Woodford, who have been longstanding network members since they established PRD Bungendore in 2017.

The new Queanbeyan office marks the duo’s second agency under the PRD banner and aims to cater to the growing demand for real estate services in Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, and Googong.

Martina Woodford said the expansion into Queanbeyan will offer services and local expertise that represent PRD.

“Our goal is to continue growing while upholding the high standards of service, community focus, and genuine care for our clients who have been at the heart of our success,” Martina said, reflecting on the pair’s plans for the Queanbeyan office.

“We’re not just another real estate agency – we’re a team who genuinely cares, offering personalised advice and a client-first approach that sets us apart.”

PRD managing director, Todd Hadley, welcomed the new office, noting the Woodford duo’s leadership and ongoing contribution to the network.

“Dan and Martina Woodford have become integral members of the PRD network, and I have no doubt that PRD Bungendore and the new PRD Queanbeyan office will continue their success,” he said.

“Opening their second office at Queanbeyan is a strong start to the year for PRD and continues PRD’s strong legacy of supporting and assisting our offices in their expansion goals.”

Hadley added that the launch of PRD Queanbeyan is part of a broader expansion strategy for 2025, with several new offices expected to open across the network throughout the year.
