Stone Real Estate has expanded its presence in Greater Western Sydney by launching a new office in Northmead, marking the agency’s ongoing growth from its existing operations in Parramatta and Ermington.
The Northmead branch, situated within the Northmead Shopping Centre, aims to streamline operations for clients in the Greater Western Sydney area.
It includes a rent roll of approximately 150 properties that were previously managed by a longstanding, family-run local business.
Franchise leader of Stone Real Estate, Adam Denina, who also oversees the Parramatta and Emington offices, will manage the expansion in Northmead.
Denina brings over two decades of industry experience and is supported by a team that includes a property manager with more than 15 years of experience in the local market.
“Our team is thrilled to expand our presence into Northmead,” said Denina.
“This suburb is a natural extension of the market we know so well, and we’re excited to continue delivering our signature service to this growing community.”
The son of the former agency owner has also stayed with the team, providing further local knowledge and continuity.
With a stronger housing market profile than nearby suburbs and a central shopping centre location, the Northmead office is anticipated to function as a convenient hub for local property services.
Stone Real Estate’s head of franchise, Luke Cameron, said the expansion was a strategic move into a well-established residential area closely linked to North Parramatta.

The opening continues Stone Real Estate’s trend of growth throughout Greater Western Sydney, strengthening its presence in key metropolitan areas.
