The property advisory firm, Charter Keck Cramer, has made a series of appointments to its valuations team to support the company’s growth across Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Charter Keck Cramer has appointed Andrew Berwick as the new director of its valuation team to leverage continued growth within the property markets of Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Currently based in Brisbane, Berwick brings both technical and market knowledge, as well as in-depth experience across a range of asset classes, which he acquired from previous senior roles at various national property firms.

In his most recent role, Berwick spent three years as the development manager of a private property group, equipping him with insights into the property development lifecycle that will help him drive further success in his new directorial role.

Charter Keck Cramer also appointed Michael Holt as its new senior valuer, who will specialise in residential development valuations across his native markets of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Despite his broad experience in residential, commercial and industrial property valuations across various firms, Holt said that he was pleased his new role at Charter Keck Cramer enabled him to return to his primary passion in the residential development sector.

In Sydney, Michael Murray has been appointed as Charter Keck Cramer’s associate director, who will also specialise in residential development valuations.

With more than 10 years of experience at another national property valuation firm, Charter Keck Cramer said that Murray has acquired strong technical expertise in residential, commercial and development valuations.

Charter Keck Cramer said the trio of strategic appointments would better position the firm to support clients with their valuation requirements, particularly in light of the strong market activity across NSW and Queensland.

Chief executive of Charter Keck Cramer, Peter Hutchins, said he was proud to welcome the three new appointees, and added they would help to expand the firm’s valuation capacities on Australia’s eastern seaboard.

“As we continue to grow our valuations team along the eastern seaboard, we remain focused on delivering expert, independent advice to our clients, grounded in deep local knowledge and national perspective,” Hutchins concluded.
