Stone Real Estate has welcomed experienced property professional Ray Talati as co-principal of its Wahroonga Turramurra office, marking a strategic addition to the agency’s expanding footprint across Sydney’s upper north shore.
With more than 11 years of industry experience and over $500 million in transactions, Talati joins Stone alongside his trusted team members Jessica West and Shawn Yuan. He will work in partnership with existing co-principals Susan Astridge and Joey Hoover.
To date, Talati has assisted more than 540 clients across his career. He said the opportunity to take on business ownership and join a high-performing, values-driven team played a key role in his decision.
“Joining Stone Real Estate Wahroonga Turramurra is an exciting new chapter for me. Business ownership has always been one of my long-term goals,” Talati said.
“Stone is an amazing brand and one that allows us to implement our vision while being part of a well-known and respected company.”
Talati also praised the culture established by Astridge and Hoover. “Susan and Joey have created a culture built on integrity, performance, and genuine care for clients. I’m thrilled to partner with them; not only are they brilliant agents, but they are also amazing people.”
Talati’s team brings a diverse skill set and established industry recognition. West was recently awarded REA’s Support Superstar of the Year in 2024, while Yuan brings a decade of sales experience and multilingual fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese – an asset in the region’s multicultural marketplace.
The appointment forms part of Stone Real Estate’s broader growth strategy in the Sydney market, with a focus on aligning experienced agents with leadership opportunities and long-term business development.
Astridge said Talati’s arrival was a natural fit.
“We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Ray. He shares our values and brings fresh energy, strategic thinking, and a client-first mindset that aligns perfectly with how we work,” she said.
“This partnership is an exciting step forward.”
