A pair of high-performance real estate professionals will lead Belle Property’s newest office south-west of Brisbane.
The network has boosted its footprint in the Ipswich area by opening Belle Property Greater Springfield under principal Claire Wells.
Wells’ real estate career began in the Greater Springfield area, where she quickly established herself through her local market insights and interpersonal approach to achieving clients’ outcomes.
Over her 17 years of experience, Wells gained national recognition for her property management capabilities and leadership skills, and played a key role in driving statewide growth as the Queensland general manager for a national real estate brand.
Alongside Wells is the new office’s property management partner, Shan Colombani, who will use her 14 years of hands-on experience to foster long-term relations with tenants and landlords in the Greater Springfield area.
Wells said that the Greater Springfield market has been seeing a consistent release of new residential land, which is providing a steady supply of housing options for families, first-time buyers and property investors.
She highlighted that these ongoing developments have bolstered the area’s market appeal and positioned it as a thriving and well-connected community with opportunities for buyers and investors alike.
With the doors to Belle Property Greater Springfield now open, Wells said the office’s team is excited to guide clients through the market when “demand is strong, and the community is growing rapidly”.
Additionally, Wells said she aims to nurture an office culture enabling the new agency to deliver tailored real estate services to the Greater Springfield market.
“Our focus is on providing a personalised, ethical real estate experience, and we’re dedicated to fostering a team-driven office culture that promotes both professional excellence and a genuine sense of community,” she explained.
