Belle Property Mosman is looking to strengthen its foothold in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, welcoming two new agents to its growing team.
Belle Property Mosman, led by directors Matthew Smythe, Mark Jackson and David Benjafield, is positioning itself for continued growth in the tightly held market and surrounding suburbs following the hire of Gemma Simons and Jessica Stubberfield.
Simons brings a strong track record in the Lower North Shore, having worked across the Mosman market for a number of years. Her first listing with Belle Property is a Californian Bungalow at 113 Awaba Street, Mosman, a well-preserved family home held for more than 25 years.
The new hire said she has long admired the Belle Property brand and was drawn to the agency’s values and collaborative culture. The move, Simons explained, offers her the chance to partner with a team aligned with her approach to five-star service and client care.
Stubberfield has also hit the ground running, having already notched her first sale with the agency. With a background in the Cremorne and Mosman markets, Stubberfield is currently preparing to launch a top-floor apartment in Cremorne Point.
Stubberfield said Belle Property’s emphasis on people, relationships, and performance was key to her decision to join. She added that the group’s open and supportive culture ultimately delivers greater value for clients.
The Mosman office forms part of a broader Belle Property network across the Lower North Shore, with additional locations in Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, and Cammeray. The directors said the local office network is now working more cohesively than ever.
“We’ve got some really exciting momentum right now, not just in Mosman, but across our whole Lower North Shore network,” said Jackson.
“What’s great is that everyone’s working together more than ever and bringing in people like Gemma and Jess just adds to that energy. I’m genuinely excited about where we’re heading.”
Smythe said the appointments would further enhance the group’s ability to service both buyers and sellers with local knowledge and connected reach.
“We’ve built something really special here,” said Smythe. “What sets us apart is how we genuinely work together, not just within our team, but across our entire Lower North Shore network. Adding Gemma and Jessica enhances our ability to serve clients with local depth and broader reach.”
Benjafield added: “We’re not just growing for the sake of it. It’s about building the right team and giving our clients more. Gemma and Jess are both extremely talented and bring great energy to the office. They’ve each achieved strong early success, and we believe they’ve only just begun to show what they’re capable of.”
Belle Property has had a presence in Mosman for over two decades and is focused on building a team that values collaboration, results and integrity, while raising the bar in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
