Harcourts Victoria has launched a new office in a bid to better service Melbourne’s western suburbs and expand their Victorian presence.
The new Harcourts Greater Melton office will be led by agent Martin Mintoff and his brother Mark.
With deep roots in Melbourne’s western suburbs and ranked top agent in the area, Martin Mintoff said the brand’s focus on agent success was a key factor in the move.
Mark Mintoff, who has a background in customer service and management, said that real estate is all about helping clients make major decisions in their lives.
“It’s about building trust and relationships,” Mark Mintoff said.
In addition to the Mintoffs, agent David Nguyen and Melton local Sebastian Oberoi will join the new venture.
Harcourts Victoria CEO Adam Fiteni said the opening of the new office would bring the “Harcourts experience” to the Greater Melton area while expanding the brand’s presence across Victoria.
“With such a talented and dedicated team, we’re confident in their ability to make a positive, lasting impact,” Fiteni said.
Harcourts said the Greater Melton office is set to bring meaningful changes to the local real estate scene, with its central location providing genuine connections to the community.
The Mintoffs said that Harcourts’ vision, culture, and customer experience align with their value.
“We’ve always believed in putting people at the heart of everything we do,” the Mintoffs said.
“Joining Harcourts felt like the perfect fit for us because they truly embody that same philosophy,” they concluded.
