LJ Hooker has announced that four offices will be rebranding under LJ Hooker Lifestyle Group as the group streamlines its presence in Sydney’s south-west, ahead of the opening of Western Sydney Airport.

The network has announced that the Camden, Bringelly, Oran Park, and Wilton offices will be rebranded as the LJ Hooker Lifestyle Group and managed by principal Hunter Maxwell, who succeeds his father, Haydn Maxwell.

Bringing over a decade of industry experience, Hunter Maxwell said that having individual suburb names on their offices didn’t represent their community and created confusion, as the four offices service over 45 different suburbs.

“There are many residents living between agencies, and they were unsure of where to go,” he said.

Hunter said that the rebranding reflects the growing and diverse market of the region as it prepares for the opening of the new Western Sydney Airport in 2026.

“With so many changes coming with the upcoming Western Sydney Airport, we felt it was important to have an identity in the region that covered all our markets,” he said.

According to Hunter, the unified rebrand will identify the teams as specialists in their areas, with ties to the local community.

LJ Hooker said that Oran Park has become one of the state’s fastest growing suburbs, while the area around Camden is being released for subdivision, with new builds remaining popular in the region’s residential market.

The areas have also become popular among investors seeking parcels of land in and around the Western Sydney aerotropolis.

LJ Hooker’s head of network Australia, Chris Keating, said the four offices are set to serve Sydney’s south-west area as it experiences significant urban growth.

“This is an incredibly dynamic market where we will see an increased demand for housing, economic activity, new job opportunities and improved transport links,” Keating said.

Hunter’s father, Haydn Maxwell, said his son had all of the qualities he needed to be successful in his new role.

“Leadership is a word people throw around, but that is one of Hunter’s qualities, along with enthusiasm. His nature and style allow him to work with people. I know he will take the business to the next level,” Haydn concluded.
