Raine & Horne has appointed a veteran executive as network performance manager for South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory in a bid to accelerate the network expansion across these regions.
Raine & Horne has appointed veteran agent and executive Bill Dimou as the brand’s new network performance manager for South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
The role, which has been newly created for Dimou, comes as Raine & Horne accelerate its expansion across Australia’s central and western markets.
Dimou will work closely with Raine & Horne principals in SA, WA and NT, focusing on business performance, identifying growth opportunities and building market share in his new role.
With four years in a state management role at LJ Hooker and over 35 years of senior management experience, he has worked with some of Australia’s top brands, including Woolworths, Westfield, and News Corp.
He said Raine & Horne’s culture of trust and the brand’s innovation, as well as his relationship with Raine & Horne’s executive chairman, Angus Raine, drew him to the new position.
“I’ve always loved working in real estate and had plenty of dealings with Angus Raine during my time at News Corp,” Dimou said.
“When Angus reached out, and I later met Chris Nicholl, I was excited about the chance to use my experience to support the Raine & Horne network across South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.”
Dimou said relationships have always driven his career, as the foundation for advising, assisting and helping others grow.
“It’s about earning trust and building relationships that allow you to support business owners.”
Raine & Horne CEO Chris Nicholl said Dimou’s previous experiences in management, sales, operations and marketing made him the ideal candidate.
“His ability to lead diverse teams, identify growth opportunities and coach through change has consistently built high-performing, people-focused businesses,” Nicholl said.
