Harcourts Australia has partnered with Romano Property Group to rebrand its Carlton office as Harcourts RPG, combining local expertise and resources to drive growth across Melbourne’s inner north.
Located in Carlton, the Harcourts RPG office will operate across the North Carlton, Fitzroy and Brunswick areas north of Melbourne’s CBD.
The new office brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, spanning real estate, project marketing, and development.
RPG boasts over $400 million in completed projects and additionally manages approximately $120 million in assets.
Group managing director and founder of RPG, Maurice Romano, said the addition of Harcourts’ resources would allow the agency to service the area better
“After operating as a boutique but relatively unknown real estate business, we saw the need to align with a highly respected and recognisable brand that could match our ambition,” Romano said.
“It’s the right partnership at the right time.”
Harcourts Victoria CEO Adam Fiteni said that the partnership with RPG marked a milestone for the brand.
“Their track record of success and award-winning developments adds immense value to our network. Together, we’re well-positioned to drive growth across both residential and commercial sectors,” Fiteni said.
Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles said that the office’s knowledge and experience in the area played a role in the partnership.
“RPG’s deep local connections and understanding of the property lifecycle make them a brilliant addition to our family,” Knowles said.
Harcourts said that the addition of Harcourts RPG to the network fills a geographical gap in Melbourne’s inner north.
Romano said that the office would focus on local partnerships and building for the future.
“The market may be challenging, but during these times, trust and experience matter more than ever.”
“We pride ourselves on offering both,” Romano concluded.
