Place One Group has announced the appointment of a new partner to strengthen the brand’s leadership team and accelerate its momentum in Brisbane’s Bayside markets.

Place has announced veteran agent David Lazarus as a partner of the Place One Group, and as the lead agent of Place Wynnum Manly.

Lazarus, a real estate professional with over 25 years’ experience, will join Place Wynnum Manly with his six-staff team, aiming to provide strong client and team service through the One Group’s model.

“It empowers agents to lead locally while benefitting from the scale, systems, and marketing strength of Place,” Lazarus said.

“For Bayside sellers and buyers, it means more reach, more opportunities, and more results.”

Place managing director Paul Curtain said the appointment of Lazarus reflected the brand’s long-term commitment to the area.

“Place has a rich history in the Bayside, and bringing together our existing business with David’s creates an exciting new chapter for Wynnum Manly,” Curtain said.

“This office is already the leading business for property management and sales across the greater Bayside, and David’s leadership will only reinforce that position.”

Similarly, Lazarus said that joining Place One Group was more than just sales for him and his team.

“This partnership is about raising the bar and positioning Wynnum Manly for its next evolution,” Lazarus concluded.

The announcement comes as Place One Group confirms plans for a new office in the heart of Wynnum Manly, following on from the recently relocated Place Indooroopilly office, showing its commitment to long-term growth in one of Brisbane’s most competitive markets.
