Kay & Burton has announced the appointment of a new executive director and group board member in a bid to reinforce the firm’s leadership team and solidify its growth strategy.

With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive and director of Kay & Burton’s property management, concierge and luxury stays divisions, Cath Stubbings has taken on the new executive director role.

Kay & Burton said Stubbings’ experience in growth, acquisitions and culture had enabled the firm to deliver a more holistic approach to its clients

Having already led the property management and concierge teams and established the foundations of the luxury stays division, Stubbings said she would continue to focus on driving growth in key areas.

“Since being part of the business, I have seen the extraordinary talent and dedication of our people, as well as the strength of our brand,” Stubbings said.

“I believe Property Management, Concierge and Luxury Stays are vital components of our ecosystem and are instrumental in enhancing our client experience.”

Kay & Burton managing director Ross Savas said the appointment of Stubbings was a key milestone for the firm.

“She has not only strengthened Property Management, Concierge and Luxury Stays, but also enhanced the way we deliver value across the entire business,” he said.

“Cath brings strategic vision, deep industry knowledge and a commitment to culture that enriches the way we serve our clients.”

Savas said Stubbings’ appointment highlighted the importance of having strong female leadership within Kay & Burton as it heads into the future.

Stubbings said she would help guide the next phase of Kay & Burton’s growth.

“I am passionate about building high-performing teams and challenging ourselves to think innovatively.”
