First National Real Estate has expanded its presence in Sydney with the launch of a new office to enhance the network’s presence in the city’s middle ring.
The new First National Real Estate JV Partners office, located in Hurstville, will be led by co-directors Justin Cai and Vivienne Hua, bringing over a decade of real estate experience and local knowledge to the office.
The pair said the decision to open the office would continue delivering sales and property management services locally while leveraging the added support of a national network.
First National Real Estate chief executive officer David Edwards said the duo’s insight and values would provide the base for the new office.
“Justin and Vivienne’s professionalism, deep local knowledge and client-focused approach aligns closely with our culture,” Edwards said.
First National said the opening of the new office was part of the network’s plan to capitalise on Sydney’s tight middle ring market.
Edwards said that, with the area seeing strong interest from owner-occupiers and investors, the expansion into the St George market was vital for the network's future growth strategy.
“It represents the multicultural heart of Sydney and continues to attract committed buyers who value strong community, transport access and long-term opportunity,” Edwards concluded.
