Marshall White announces 6 leadership appointments

Marshall White has announced a wave of senior appointments as the network solidifies its presence in Melbourne’s prestige property market.

The network has appointed three new partners, one director, and two associate directors as part of a suite of changes.

Marshall White said that the diverse range of appointments across multiple offices and disciplines showcased the depth of its internal talent pool.

 
 

Group sales director at Marshall White, John Bongiorno, said that the suite of promotions recognised the contributions of professionals across the network as it looks to strengthen its services in the Melbourne prestige property market.

“We are strengthening our leadership bench and ensuring our clients continue to benefit from unparalleled market insight,” Bongiorno said.

Daniel Bradd, Matthew Grima and Amelia Falvo have all entered into partnerships with the network.

Bradd brings more than two decades of experience to the partner, sales role at the Hawthorn office, while Grima brings a background in financial planning and journalism to his new role as partner, sales at Port Phillip.

Falvo is an award-winning property manager and has been promoted to partner, property management at Marshall White’s Bayside office.

Tina Jin has been appointed as the network’s new director, projects, and specialises in off-the-plan and apartment leasing.

David Volpato and Jesse Matthews have both been promoted to associate directors of sales at the Stonnington office.

Bongiorno said the promotions further strengthen the network’s position in core prestige precincts and reflected the firm’s commitment to nurturing talent.

“These promotions are about more than performance – they reflect our investment in people whose values, vision and capability align with the growth of our company and the communities we serve,” Bongiorno concluded.
