Coronis Group has announced the appointment of a new director of people and expansion, as the network focuses on growth, talent development, and expanding operations.
Coronis Group has appointed veteran real estate professional Dylan Balmforth as the network's director of people and expansion.
Balmforth has over a decade of experience spanning both the real estate and sports industries, where, in addition to selling properties, he negotiated transfers and contracts for football players across Europe and Australia.
Balmforth said that joining Coronis was driven by the clear pathways to business ownership.
“Speaking with team members who have recently joined from other brands, you can see the positive impact immediately,” Balmforth said.
“Happy teams create happy clients, and my job is to find great people and support their growth, fulfilment and long-term success.”
Having opened six new agencies in the past 12 months, Coronis said the network looked to continue its push to grow and expand.
Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said that Balmforth would leverage his varied experiences to bring a fresh perspective amid the network's growth.
“He has a unique insight into the industry and will play a key role in continuing to expand our network,” Mazzocchi said.
“His energy and his understanding of people will be incredibly valuable as we continue to evolve.”
Mazzocchi said that Balmforth’s appointment reinforces the network's commitment to investing in the right people.
