An agency in Sydney’s southern suburbs has renewed its agreement with national real estate network LJ Hooker as the office plans to kickstart its growth in the area.

An LJ Hooker agency located in Caringbah in Sydney’s south has renewed its franchise agreement with the network as the office prepares to begin expanding.

Principal Richard Tsotras said the agency plans to grow its team of five and expand the business over the coming years.

Tsotras said the new deal allowed the office to continue accessing all the resources necessary to drive its expansion push under the network's banner.

“It is a name that has been in the business for almost 100 years, and one that people know and trust,” Tsotras said.

“Now we are ready to take the next step with the business, and we know that we have the right people with the right systems behind us.”

LJ Hooker head of network Australia, Chris Keating, said the brand aimed to provide franchisees with the resources and support they need to grow and upscale their businesses.

“Richard has built up a successful agency in Caringbah and now wants to utilise his experience to take the operations to another level,” Keating said.

“It is an exciting move for both him and the network.”

Tsotras said Caringbah had seen an increase in interest from the northern and eastern suburbs, seeing an attractive lifestyle at an affordable price.

“People are finding excellent value for money here in comparison to other areas and a similar lifestyle where you can embrace the outdoors.”

“We love it here because it is such a family-friendly area, you have the beaches and national park,” Tsotras concluded.
