A network has enhanced its services in one of Queensland's highest-growth regions, announcing the appointment of four new staff, with plans to continue expanding the team.

The Place Redcliffe Peninsula office has welcomed four new team members across sales and operations.

Place said that the new additions to the team would cement the office as a go-to destination in the rapidly growing Bayside region of Brisbane, as enquiries and listings continue to lift, driven by high levels of interstate migration.

Place Redcliffe Peninsula Principal Jess Culling said that the business was growing “faster than expected”, with the team continuing to enhance its client services in the area.

“Growth isn’t something we chase; it is something we prepare for,” Culling said.

“The right people, in the right roles, make all the difference.”

Among the recruits are sales and marketing consultant Madison Nicholson, office sales associate Zade Wilson, office associate Joanna Niedrowska, and office support trainee Abbi McLachlan.

The additions to the team bring a wide range of experience levels to the office, with Nicholson possessing almost a decade of experience in the Sydney real estate market, while McLachlan is a school-based trainee at the beginning of her professional journey.

Culling said that the office's growth strategy was a simple one.

“Bring in great people, build strong pathways, and keep raising the bar for clients,” Culling concluded.
