Online coaching platform Real Estate Gym has announced the appointment of three new performance coaches as the brand continues to enhance its services across major global markets.
Real Estate Gym has announced a trio of Angie Dunn, Phoebe Cook, and Nicole Goldsmith as the brand's newest performance coaches, who will leverage their combined 60 years of experience in the property sector.
The brand, in the midst of expanding its services throughout Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, and the United Kingdom, said the appointments marked a step toward achieving its vision of delivering world-class coaching
Real Estate Gym founder Tom Panos said that the appointment of three female coaches would provide the industry with elements it was chronically lacking.
“The real estate industry is shifting – and agents today require more than scripts, tactics, and hustle,” Panos said.
“They need coaches who understand human behaviour, emotional complexity, and the realities of juggling work, life, and family.”
Additionally, Panos said that female coaches will create a safer, more authentic coaching environment, free from ego and bravado.
Real Estate Gym said the appointment of the trio reaffirms its belief that the future of coaching lies in emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and a greater alignment with how agents live and work.
Panos said the appointments give Real Estate Gym the scope to provide training from coaches who understand the business of real estate and the human side of the industry.
“As the Real Estate Gym expands internationally, these new appointments reinforce its commitment to providing high-quality, emotionally intelligent, results-driven coaching to agents around the world,” Panos concluded.
