Harcourts has announced the opening of a new office in Perth’s northern suburbs, as the network aims to enhance its presence in the Western Australian capital.

The new Harcourts Prestige office, which will primarily serve the suburbs of Leederville and Mount Hawthorn in Perth’s north, will be led by co-directors Anna-Marie Thornton and Rae O’Neill.

The pair brings almost three decades of combined experience in the real estate industry and will reunite a partnership that began in the network's original Prestige office in 2018.

Thornton said the new office would focus on serving the diverse real estate markets of the vibrant communities in northern Perth.

“Our vision is to create a boutique agency that truly understands and cares about the neighbourhoods we serve,” Thornton said.

Additionally, O’Neill said the new office would aim to combine technology and innovation with genuine connection in serving clients.

“We want to raise the bar in the area, making every step of buying, selling, leasing or renting a seamless and positive experience,” O’Neil said.

“For us, it’s about more than transactions – it’s about building trust, empowering our clients and creating lasting relationships.”

Harcourts Western Australia CEO Shane Kempton said the duo would provide a strong foundation for the new Perth office.

“Seeing passionate, experienced leaders like Anna-Marie and Rae come together is exactly the energy we need.”

“Their genuine love for the community and dedication to excellence embody the spirit of Harcourts,” Kempton concluded.
