REMAX Australia has appointed two new members to its corporate team to bolster growth and strengthen internal systems.
The network has appointed Kristy Smith as professional development manager and Lauren Brewer as marketing and innovations manager.
REMAX said the appointment of the pair would enable the network to continue focusing on growth while strengthening its internal systems.
REMAX Australia operations director Josh Davoren said the new duo would help the network continue to provide high levels of support.
“We’re fortunate to have the strength of a consistent and effective group supporting business owners and their teams across our Australian network and onboarding these two new members allows us to build and grow in new ways,” Davoren said.
Davoren added that the duo would bring a fresh perspective and enhance the network’s ability to support its businesses.
Smith has a broad range of experience across industries, which Davoren said will enhance the network’s ability to develop talent internally.
“Kristy brings a fantastic level of technical expertise, and we have no doubt she will continue executing our existing learning and development programs and initiatives, further building opportunities for our network through her insights from outside of the industry,” he said.
Meanwhile, Brewer brings seven years of industry experience into her newly formed role, which Davoren said will enable the network to develop and enhance its branding.
“Lauren has a deep understanding of the industry and brings a fresh, energetic approach to marketing, along with strong industry insight that will continue to support our brand’s profile and presence,” Davoren concluded.
