Harcourts Australia has announced the appointment of a new head of business operations to revitalise operations and culture as it enters its next growth phase.
Harcourts Australia has appointed veteran real estate agent Kiarni Hall as its new head of business operations.
Hall brings a range of experience across diverse real estate roles and networks, spanning 15 years in the industry.
The network said that Hall was the right fit for the job, having developed a broad skill set over her career in sales, marketing, and office management across residential and commercial real estate networks.
Harcourts said that as part of her new role, Hall will focus on revitalising operations and fostering a culture of improvement.
Harcourts Australia chief executive officer (CEO) Adrian Knowles said Hall would leverage her unique experiences set in her new position.
“Kiarni’s impressive track record and strategic vision make her the perfect leader to spearhead our business operations,” Knowles said.
“We are confident that her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate.”
Knowles said Hall was known across the network for her leadership style and ability to connect with peers and share her knowledge, including by keynote speaking at professional industry events.
Hall said she aims to continue contributing positively and further support offices across the network.
“I’m passionate about reinforcing the importance of strong operational foundations and look forward to driving operational excellence that supports our people and the broader business,” Hall concluded.
