A real estate network has strengthened its internal development systems, launching a sales training division led by a veteran industry trainer as the business seeks to build on a year of growth.

The Agency’s new training division will be led by Danny Grant, who returns to the network.

Grant was previously head of training at McGrath Estate Agents and has since launched his own training program.

The Agency's chief executive officer (CEO) of real estate, Matt Lahood, said the network selected Grant to lead its training division following his prior knowledge of and relationships within the network, as well as his extensive industry experience.

“The Agency’s partnership with Danny Grant will deliver structured, progressive, and culturally aligned training to agents at every stage of their career,” Lahood said.

“Danny understands The Agency’s unique approach to real estate, and this ongoing partnership will ensure consistency, accountability and measurable growth across all agent skill levels.”

Grant said his training would focus on fostering an environment of sustainable success, without sacrificing health, family or integrity.

“Being a good person should always come first, and your career should support the life you want to live, not consume it,” Grant said.

“The Agency leadership team aligns strongly with this philosophy,” Grant concluded.
