An independent Sydney agency has opened a new office in the eastern suburbs, expanding the network’s presence, sales capacity, and property management services in the city’s premium market.

PPD's North Bondi office has opened, expanding eastern suburbs coverage with sales, property management and finance services, supporting existing locations through one team and database network.

The new office, located in North Bondi, will be led by experienced principal Ron Bauer, and will provide sales, property management and finance services to clients in the area.

Bauer and his team made the switch to the PPD network following more than two decades of leading a Ray White franchise in the area.

PPD agent Charlie Beaumont said the addition of the new office would bolster the agency’s presence in the eastern suburbs market.

“This exciting new chapter has been in the pipeline for a while, and we’re thrilled to be right in the heart of the action,” Beaumont said.

“With so much activity in the 2026 postcode, having a physical presence here makes us more connected than ever to the neighbourhood.”

Beaumont said the new North Bondi location would support the services already supplied by existing offices in Woollahra and Coogee.

“It is still one team, one database, and three offices working seamlessly as one,” Beaumont concluded.
