A Queensland principal has continued to grow her family legacy with a third Moreton Bay office, working alongside her two sons and extending the network’s reach.
REMAX Living has opened a new office in the North Brisbane region, serving the Kurwongbah and Narangba areas, forming a triangle of opportunities alongside its two other offices in Burpengary and Woodford.
The new office will be operated by veteran real estate professional Kathy Sweeney.
With her two sons, William and Harley, joining the business as sales agents, Sweeney said the brand's continued expansion was an opportunity to secure her family's future.
“The way I look at growing my business really comes down to the opportunity to build a legacy for my family, strengthening the business and creating opportunities for generations to come,” Sweeney said.
She said the new office was well-positioned for strong performance, both within the region's growth corridor and on the border of their current service area.
“Its a fantastic opportunity for our clients and allows us to extend our service region and meet our clients’ needs across all three offices, creating a better client experience.”
REMAX managing director Joel Davoren said the opening of the new office was an example of Sweeney’s drive to continue to grow the business.
“REMAX has a strong presence throughout North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region, and the addition of this office further reinforces the commitment of the brand, business owners and agents who service these communities.”
“The REMAX brand continues to build momentum, and the addition of this office under Kathy’s leadership will undoubtedly strengthen our position,” Davoren concluded.
