A real estate network has appointed a veteran agent in Sydney’s north-west corridor, leveraging his local knowledge to strengthen its presence in the region’s competitive property market.

DiJones has appointed veteran agent and long-time local Dean Muriti to its Castle Hill office.

Muriti brings more than 22 years of experience across the Hills district and surrounding suburbs to the network’s office in Sydney’s north-west corridor.

Following his departure from his role as a director at local agency Louis Carr, Muriti said DiJones branding and systems, and shared database were key elements in joining the network.

“For my clients, that level of collaboration and scale delivers greater exposure, stronger buyer reach, and better outcomes,” Muriti said.

Muriti added that sharing information and communication were values that he and DiJones shared.

“Clear communication, accountability, and delivering on what I promise are non-negotiables for me.”

DiJones chief operating officer (COO) Brent May said the appointment of Muriti was a boost for the network as it sought to grow by attracting experienced operators.

“Dean is a highly experienced agent with a proven track record in one of Sydney’s most competitive markets,” May said.

He said that Muriti’s local knowledge, leadership, and service-led mindset aligned with the networks’ long-term goals for the Hills District and beyond.

Muriti said his goal in his new position was to expand his presence within the region alongside the growing real estate brand.
