A real estate network has announced the return of an executive to a newly created position in a bid to strengthen its property management services.
The Agency has appointed Nicole MacGee as the head of operations for its property management division, a role created specifically for her.
MacGee, who has over two decades of industry experience, returned to the network after short stints at TRG and Clarke & Hummel.
Macgee said the newly created position provided her with the opportunity to return to the brand.
“This new role gives me the opportunity to bring all my skills together and draws on my deep understanding of function, process and real estate know-how,” MacGee said.
“I look forward to lifting and elevating what is already a strong property management team.”
The network said the appointment was part of its efforts to grow its property services beyond sales.
The Agency's national head of property management, Maria Carlino, said MacGee's return would boost the network's property management services, following the appointment of Renae Darlington as its head of growth for property management.
“With a broad knowledge base, Nicole brings a unique understanding of real estate operations, and she will work closely with our team right across the country,” Carlino said.
“Having worked across a wide range of positions within the industry, Nicole offers a well-rounded perspective on all areas of real estate management.”
While MacGee operates on a national scale, she will be based at the network’s Neutral Bay office, the Agency’s central hub for both the property management and accounts teams.
