A network has announced the rebranding of several offices in Sydney’s north, along with the appointment of a new partner and principal.

Several North Sydney locations have rebranded under the Belle Property North Shore banner, appointing Patrick Lang as partner and principal of the unified offices.

Belle Property has rebranded its Lane Cove, Hunter’s Hill, Willoughby, Lindfield, and Ryde offices under the new name to provide a seamless, consistent service across Sydney's north.

The network said that Lang’s more than 15 years of industry experience and results-driven approach would provide a valuable boost to its North Shore leadership team, as he joins Simon Harrison, James Bennett, and Ramsy Batshon as principals.

Having spent almost a decade building his office in Lane Cove, Lang said he will leverage his local knowledge to achieve strong results in the new offices.

“Joining Belle Property North Shore as Partner and Principal is an exciting opportunity to build on the group’s success,” Lang said

Harrison said Lang’s appointment would strengthen leadership across the offices.

“Bringing these offices together under the Belle Property North Shore brand reinforces our commitment to the community and ensures our clients benefit from a more integrated business,” Harrison said.

Belle Property said the North Shore offices were uniquely positioned to serve the city’s northern markets, bolstered by experience and market knowledge.

Bennett said the offices would benefit from appointing Lang, as the teams can learn from the REB Top 100 Agent.

“He’s incredibly strategic and always thinks about how to get the most out of a campaign for his vendor.”

“He’s also big on sharing his insights and processes with everyone in our business without asking for anything in return, which shows excellent leadership capability,” Bennett concluded.
