A new real estate office in the Geelong area will combine market knowledge, industry experience, and a flexible, client-focused approach to deliver tailored services to its local community.
One Agency has opened a new office, One Agency Upchurch Real Estate, led by real estate industry veteran Marcus James Upchurch.
The new office will serve the Geelong area, including Newcomb, Breakwater, and St Albans Park, where Upchurch has deep ties and a strong understanding of the local market, having spent nearly two decades in the community.
Upchurch said that, with a career spanning three decades, he has experience building and designing homes, giving him a full understanding of a property’s journey from idea to sale.
He said that this combination of experience and sales gave him a comprehensive perspective that benefits sellers, buyers, and developers alike.
