FOUNDIT has announced the appointment of a veteran buyer’s agent to help clients navigate complex property purchases and strengthen its national network of market experts.

The property platform has appointed Anthony Butler as a senior buyer’s agent to continue driving its national growth and property-buying experience with smarter tools and expert guidance.

Angus Ferguson, co-founder of FOUNDIT, said that over the years, Butler has built a strong reputation for negotiation and strategic property acquisition, guiding clients through complex purchasing decisions across competitive Australian markets.

“Anthony is a highly respected buyer’s agent who brings both depth of experience and a forward-thinking mindset,” Ferguson said.

Known for his calm, analytical approach, FOUNDIT said that Butler will leverage his expertise in property, strategy, and technology to provide buyers with data-driven, transparent, and tailored guidance that delivers high-quality outcomes.

“He understands the realities of today’s market and shares our belief that technology and data should empower buyers, not overwhelm them. His approach aligns strongly with FOUNDIT’s mission, and we’re delighted to welcome him as a senior buyer’s agent.”

Butler said joining FOUNDIT will allow him to use the platform’s research tools, analytics, and expert network to give buyers earlier access to opportunities, clearer market insights, and stronger negotiating power.

“I’ve always believed technology should play a much bigger role in improving how Australians buy property,” Butler said.

“With my background spanning both property and tech, I’m genuinely excited about what FOUNDIT is offering from a technology perspective.”

“The platform delivers the kind of transparency, data, and expert connection that is very much needed in the Australian real estate space,” he concluded.
