Real estate network Coronis has acquired another Queensland-based business, marking a major boost for the brand.

Coronis has announced the acquisition of Little Real Estate Queensland, effective from mid-February, bringing the brand’s six offices, 100 team members, and 4,500 properties under the network banner.

Coronis CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said the network’s recent acquisition brings its rent roll to over 13,000 properties, reflecting the brand’s long-term growth strategy.

“This is a major milestone for Coronis and one we are incredibly proud of,” Mazzocchi said.

“Our growth has always been intentional and people-led, and this expansion allows us to create more opportunities across our business while continuing to build sustainably.”

She said that, in addition to rent roll growth, the acquisition brings Coronis’ national network to over 40 agencies, up from more than 15 offices in the past two years.

“Our corporate and franchise offices work alongside each other, sharing leadership, systems and resources.”

“That model strengthens our entire network and delivers better outcomes for our teams and clients.”

Mazzocchi said the leadership team at Little had made the transition seamless.

“They have built a strong Queensland business, and we are excited to move forward together as one team at Coronis.”

The newly acquired offices serve key areas in South East Queensland, including Maroochydore, Kallangur, Petrie Terrace, Forest Lake, Springwood, and Mermaid Beach.

Little’s executive general manager, property services, Anne Crarey, said she would continue to lead the property management services for the new offices.

“Little has built an exceptional business in Queensland, and I am incredibly proud of what our team has achieved.”

“I am excited to be joining Coronis, a business that shares the same people-first values, and I am looking forward to the future as we continue to support our landlords, tenants and teams through this next chapter,” Crarey concluded.
