REMAX The Limitless Group has merged with local independent real estate agency Locate Property to accelerate the brand’s growth in Brisbane’s Bayside market.
The former Locate Property office will rebrand as REMAX Locate and continue operating from its Tingalpa base.
The merger will see Locate Property director Suzana Wade lead the office alongside REMAX The Limitless Group director Hayley Van de Ven.
The Tingalpa office will be the fourth office led by Van de Ven as a part of REMAX The Limitless Group, joining the offices operating in Morningside, Alexandra Hills, and Cleveland.
Van de Ven said the opportunity to expand the group by adding another office was a real opportunity to grow its property management services in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.
“To be able to expand into an emerging market with somebody like Suzana, given the experience and strong presence she already has in this area, provides real strength as we continue to build our brand,” Van de Ven said.
REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said the addition of the Locate office underscored the group's strength in Brisbane’s east.
“Hayley has been an integral part of Queensland’s real estate landscape and a champion for the real estate profession overall.”
