The Agency has expanded into the Shoalhaven region of NSW’s South Coast, appointing two local agents to provide the brand’s services in the area.

The brand’s presence in the NSW South Coast region will be led by property partners Lyn Chambers and Kate Wise, who bring a combined 39 years of real estate experience.

While the pair have no physical office at this stage following their departure from Ray White, REB has been told it was part of future plans.

In addition to serving clients in the local area, The Agency said Chambers and Wise would leverage the network’s existing presence across Sydney and Canberra to reach a wider client base.

The Agency general manager of sales NSW and ACT, Luke Evans, said the duo would be well placed to service the region due to the community ties and local knowledge the pair possessed.

“Partnering with Lyn and Kate was an easy decision as they are market leaders and have always put their clients first,” Evans said.

“Our expansion down the NSW South Coast to the highly sought-after seaside destinations of Mollymook, Mollymook Beach and Ulladulla, as well as Milton and Narrawallee, is strategic.

“We are gathering momentum with agents like Lyn and Kate joining due to The Agency’s appealing service offering that allows agents to run their own business, with a consistent brand and back-of-house support.”

Chambers said her decision to sign with The Agency was driven by its focus on innovation and professionalism.

“The Agency provides the support and marketing strength of a national network without compromising our personal approach,” Chambers said.

Wise said she would look to bring The Agency’s client-first approach to the region where she has lived and built connections for more than five decades.

“The Agency takes an innovative approach to marketing properties and its collaborative national network enables us to focus on what we do best, which is serving our clients,” Wise concluded.

The appointment of Chambers and Wise marks the network’s second expansion into the NSW South Coast market, following an office launch in Kiama in late February.
