WHITEFOX has announced a new Manly office as the agency looks to establish a foothold in Sydney’s luxury market for the first time.

The newly opened office, led by directors Jon Morton and David Kaufman, marked the brand’s first foray into the Sydney property market.

The Manly office was the brand’s 17th nationwide, with branches in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and now Sydney, described as a deliberate move into one of Australia’s most competitive coastal markets.

Morton told REB that Manly was the ideal place for WHITEFOX to launch their Sydney presence.

“It’s a brand that we have admired for a long time and believe the Northern Beaches is the perfect place for it to grow,” Morton said.

Morton said the brand’s fresh approach was a key factor in the decision to align with the network.

“David and I both came from more traditional real estate environments, and what attracted us to WHITEFOX is how progressive the brand is.”

”The brand approaches marketing in a way that’s very different from the traditional model seen here on the Northern Beaches.”

“It’s creative, highly strategic and designed to maximise attention for every property.”

The new office will be supported by associate directors Clay Brodie and Dan Hamilton, advisor and negotiator James Mason, and sales coordinator Lulu Hyett.

The new office is located in the heart of Manly, directly across from Manly Wharf, giving the agency ample visibility in a high-traffic area.

Despite operating without a physical office for several weeks, the team secured five sales in the first month of operations, and Morton said it would continue to build on the existing momentum.

“We were fortunate enough to have several strong sales before the office doors officially opened in December,” Morton concluded.
