A real estate network has announced the appointment of a new managing partner to strengthen its multi-office leadership on the Gold Coast.

Gold Coast agency REMAX Aspire has announced the appointment of Daniel Petch as a managing partner to strengthen leadership across its Labrador and Tanah Merah offices.

Petch, previously head of growth at Ray White AKG, brings a diverse range of experience to the new role, including backgrounds in sports science and digital marketing.

He joins the REMAX Aspire leadership team alongside the brother duo, Jarryd and Ryan Fisher.

Jarryd Fisher said that Petch would be a strong addition to the team due to his enthusiasm and professional insight.

“What makes this partnership strong is that it’s built on complementary strengths, shared values and a clear understanding of where the business is heading,” he said.

“Our vision for REMAX Aspire is clear, and we’re excited to have Daniel join us in shaping this next phase.”

Petch said he saw the opportunity to work with the Fisher brothers as a “chance to level up” and create new growth opportunities on the Gold Coast.

“Jarryd and Ryan have a strong foundation in REMAX Aspire, and we have the opportunity to build on that and create something really special,” Petch said.

The trio said the shared goal was to strengthen the business’s ability to provide a space for agents to develop their skill sets.

REMAX Australia managing director Joel Davoren said the appointment of Petch to the leadership team was a significant boost to the business.

“It is fantastic to see our business owners embrace opportunities for growth and innovation, bringing new people into the fold with fresh ideas and skills.”

“This is an exciting opportunity for Jarryd and Ryan to strengthen and grow their business with the support of the dynamic marketing expertise and enthusiasm of Daniel,” Davoren concluded.
