A Castle Hill agent has made a hot start following a recent network switch, listing more than a property a week since beginning his new role less than two months ago.

Dean Muriti, who joined DiJones’ Castle Hill office in January 2026, had gotten off to a hot start, listing nine properties in his first six weeks.

DiJones said Muriti, who brings more than two decades of experience to the office, had quickly embraced its sales model and systems.

DiJones chief operating officer Brent May said Muriti's strong start was an indication of what experienced agents could achieve when supported by the right systems.

“In my 34 years in the industry, Dean has had one of the fastest agent start-ups I’ve ever seen,” May said.

“What we’re seeing now is what happens when an experienced operator combines deep local knowledge with a clear strategy for connecting buyers and sellers.”

Muriti said his decision to align with DiJones was driven by the network’s collaborative approach.

“After 22 years in the industry, I was looking for a business where I could continue to grow and approach the market differently,” he said.

“What stood out about DiJones was the strategy behind how properties are introduced to the market.”

Muriti said that he was focused on maintaining his early momentum with the network and continuing to strengthen his presence in the Hills District.

“It’s been a strong start, and it’s exciting to see how quickly the DiJones strategy resonates with clients when you’re sitting across from them in the living room,” Muriti concluded.
