Century 21 has welcomed back its Sydney North Shore real estate team into the network, announcing the relaunch of a Killara office.
The Century 21 North Group office will be led by principal Claire Yan Liu, who brings more than seven years of experience to the role.
In addition to its Killara base, the new office will also serve clients in the nearby suburbs of Lindfield and Gordon, across both residential and commercial properties.
Yan Liu said that after a stint away, a return to the network had left the office well-positioned to expand its presence in the region.
“Rejoining the brand Century 21 to us feels like, after a long trip, we finally come back home,” she said.
“Our goal is to build a respected brand that stands for integrity, expertise, and long-term success in the North Shore property market.”
Yan Liu said that within a three-month span, the business transitioned into its own startup before joining the Century 21 network, and that their new alignment would allow the office to leverage the brand’s presence and their own local connections.
“Living within Sydney’s North Shore suburbs ourselves, the partners possess profound local market knowledge and maintain deep connections with the community.”
“Our first-hand understanding of the area, combined with relationships built over many years, allows us to provide insightful advice and exceptional service to their clients.”
Century 21 Australasia chairman and owner Charles Tarbey said the network would benefit from the team’s existing relationships in the region.
“Their deep-rooted connection to the North Shore community, combined with their decades of collective industry experience, makes them a formidable presence in the market.”
“It is always a proud moment when top-tier professionals choose to return ‘home’ to Century 21, and we look forward to supporting C21 North Group as they deliver exceptional results,” Tarbey concluded.
