A Sutherland Shire agency has welcomed a new sales associate with strong local ties and a long-standing family connection to real estate.
Pulse Property has announced the appointment of Lachlan McCarthy as a sales associate, who brings six years of industry experience to his new role.
In addition to his own experience moving from property management to leasing and then sales, McCarthy draws on generations of real estate expertise, with his father and grandfather also holding roles in the industry.
McCarthy said his decision to join the Pulse Property team was rooted in the agency’s local reputation and the development opportunities it offered him.
