FOUNDIT has announced the appointment of an experienced property professional to strengthen its presence in Melbourne’s Stonnington and Bayside regions.

The property platform has announced the appointment of Simone Howell as its newest senior buyer’s agent.

Howell brings almost a decade of industry experience to her new role, including ownership of her own real estate office and a director position at Jellis Craig, and will serve the areas of Stonnington and Bayside.

In addition to her professional experience, Howell has renovated and built multiple homes, giving her a practical, end-to-end understanding of property, which she would leverage while serving clients across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

FOUNDIT co-founder Angus Ferguson said that both Howell’s values and strategy align with the brand's.

“We are incredibly excited to have Simone joining the FOUNDIT team,” Ferguson said.

“Her experience, professionalism and commitment to client success make her a perfect fit for what we’re building.”

Director Tom Georgiou said that Howell would provide a significant boost to the brand's services in the highly sought-after regions.

“Simone brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve great results,” Georgiou said.

“She will be a fantastic addition to the team, particularly for those looking to buy in Bayside and Stonnington.”

The platform said that Howell’s appointment reflected its continued focus on bringing experienced professionals into the team to deliver a results-focused advisory service.
