A prestige property network has boosted its presence in Melbourne’s southern suburbs, opening a new office guided by a husband-and-wife duo.

Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its presence in Melbourne’s southern suburbs, launching an office in Brighton.

The new office will be led by husband-and-wife duo Andrew Campbell and Victoria Gregory, alongside business partner Craig Ryan.

The pair bring more than two decades of real estate experience to the Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty Bayside office, and a connection to the local area, having both transacted and lived in Brighton.

With a median sale price of more than $3.5 million, Sotheby’s International Realty said the launch of the Brighton office marked a milestone for the brand, providing a dedicated office space in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs.

Campbell said that by aligning themselves with Sotheby’s, they could provide an enhanced service to the region.

“Joining Sotheby’s International Realty gives us the global platform this market has always deserved,” Campbell said.

“Our clients have always trusted us with their most important decisions, and now we can connect them with a network and a brand that matches the calibre of those assets.”

Gregory said that her connection to the local area was a significant driver of her personalised service.

“I have spent my entire life in this community, and I know what it means to the people that live here,” Gregory said.

She said the brand's service and presentation align perfectly with the expectations of the prestigious suburban clients.

Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty CEO and managing director of projects, Mitch Armstrong, said the duo’s leadership was a significant boost to the brand’s profile.

“Their appointment represents exactly the calibre of leadership we are bringing into the Melbourne business as we continue to grow.”

“The opening of our Bayside office is a key step in our broader expansion strategy, as we build a carefully curated network of best-in-class operators across the city and connect Melbourne’s most extraordinary properties with our international audience.”
