WHITEFOX has announced a partnership with a South Australian construction and property group, looking to fill a gap in Adelaide’s luxury property market.

The real estate network has announced a partnership with By Sarah, the South Australian-based construction and property group arm of the Sarah Group.

WHITEFOX CEO Marty Fox said the partnership was sealed following six months of meetings with Sarah Group managing director Matt Woodrow, head of investments Tim Selby and Sarah Constructions CEO Adrian Esplin.

“Tim understands great property and Adrian’s appetite for constantly getting better even though he’s at the top of his game is something quite inspiring to be around,” Fox said.

“We’ve always left those meetings more excited, more passionate and more driven to succeed.”

The partnership will see By Sarah’s boutique apartment developments benefit from a stronger reach, being viewed by WHITEFOX’s national network of buyers, particularly those from Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland.

Fox said the collaboration seeks to leverage Sarah Group’s 65 years of experience to bridge a gap in Adelaide’s luxury market, particularly in the capital’s apartments.

“Right now there are no options,” Fox said.

“People are paying 2 and 3 million for assets that really do not tick all of the boxes of what defines luxury.

“There’s this opportunity to deliver a luxury product that really, truly is luxury.”

Woodrow said the brand alignment would allow WHITEFOX to utilise a bespoke marketing campaign to expand the reach of the properties beyond just the Adelaide market.

“The thing that really stood out for us was marketing capability,” Woodrow said.

Woodrow said that having a centralised team design the campaign, with marketing, sales and developers collaborating, gave the network an edge in generating more interest in the luxury markets.

“That’s a competitive advantage for WHITEFOX, but also for us in our developments,” Woodrow added.
