Place One Group has announced the opening of a new office in Brisbane’s western corridor, which will serve as the network’s base as it seeks to expand its presence and attract more talent to the area.
The Indooroopilly-based business, led by managing director Paul Curtain, operated under the name Place Graceville for more than a decade and has rebranded to match its new location.
Curtain said the decision to relocate to Indooroopilly was indicative of the office’s focus on growth in key suburbs and provided an opportunity to extend its reach.
“We know the western corridor is evolving, and this office hub gives us the ability to bring the right people into the business while delivering a better, more seamless experience for the clients we represent,” Curtain said.
“It’s not just about where we are today, it’s about the people who will join us next and the markets they will lead as Brisbane continues to expand.”
Place Indooroopilly lead agent and partner Peter May said the office would capitalise on the increased demand it was seeing in Brisbane’s western suburbs, particularly from young families.
“We’ve seen a clear shift in buyer activity beyond our established areas, with strong momentum building across the next layer of suburbs as families prioritise space, lifestyle and long-term value,” May said.
He said the office was well-positioned to encourage professional growth among its agents while supporting the local community’s needs.
“We’ve created the platform for our people to grow and for our clients to be better supported at every stage of their property journey,” May added.
