Two real estate teams in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs have combined to deliver a focus on high-touch service by leveraging local knowledge and experience.
Woodards Manningham has announced it will unite with Marshall White Manningham to enhance the network’s service in the area.
The unification will see Marshall White Manningham director Brenton Linmeiers and his team align under the network’s banner, forming a leadership group with Woodards directors Stasi Adgemis and Alec Stefanoski.
The offices will leverage the trio’s more than four decades of experience to service clients in the region, with Stefanoski adding that the network would benefit from having two teams with aligned goals.
“We’re merging two young, driven and rising teams together, which is only going to solidify ourselves as one of the big players in the eastern suburbs,” Stefanoski said.
“We have far greater resources at our disposal now, while still keeping that boutique, personalised service we are renowned for.”
Linmeiers said the decision to join Woodards was driven by a shared vision of goals and the value of a collaborative environment.
He said that over time, it became clear that the offices could achieve more together than individually.
“With more people and better support behind the scenes, it allows our agents to focus on what matters most, which is delivering a higher level of service to every client,” Linmeiers said.
Woodards CEO Nigel O’Neil said the transition reflected the network's strength and its ability to attract operators.
“This is about two high-performing teams coming together to strengthen what is already a very strong presence in Manningham.”
“It’s the same trusted team, now backed by greater resources, broader reach and a deeper level of support, which ultimately translates to better results for clients,” O’Neil concluded.
