Two agents with a strong connection to the local community have taken charge of Belle Property’s newest Central Coast office.
The new office, located in Blue Bay, will be led by Josh Froud and Ricky Cavarra, who bring a combined 17 years of experience.
Prior to launching the network’s latest office, the pair worked within one of the region’s leading sales teams and developed a client-focused approach to real estate.
When serving the region’s diverse client base, Cavarra said that the duo see themselves as advisors rather than traditional agents.
“Communication is constant, and we always put ourselves in the client’s shoes to understand their goals and circumstances,” Cavarra said.
“We also ensure buyers are treated with respect and care throughout the process, so everyone benefits from a positive outcome.”
Froud said the branch would leverage the leadership team’s community connections to deliver a trustworthy client experience.
“Our goal is for people to feel supported every step of the way and know they can turn to us at any time for honest advice and guidance,” Froud said.
According to the duo, the Blue Bay area has proven to be a hotspot for a diverse range of buyer types, with downsizers, retirees, and families drawn to the region by its coastal lifestyle appeal and relative affordability compared to nearby areas.
Belle Property head of state NSW, Andrew Robinson, said that with the addition of Froud and Cavarra, the network’s ability to service the region would be bolstered.
“Their strong local knowledge, people-first approach, and commitment to excellence make them an ideal team to represent the brand on the Central Coast.”
“We are confident Belle Property Blue Bay will quickly become the go-to agency for buyers, sellers and investors,” Robinson concluded.
