A national network has expanded its services in Sydney’s affluent north, bringing commercial sales to four offices in the region to cater to the growing buyer demand.
Belle Property’s Commercial division has announced its expansion into Sydney’s Upper North Shore, guided by experienced local principals Michael Doran and Daniel Dennis.
The duo, who manage four offices across Wahroonga, Hornsby, Pymble, and Thornleigh and combine 45 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, will support the brand’s expansion.
The commercial division will operate through the brand’s existing offices, whilst strengthening Belle Property’s ability to provide a full suite of services to clients in the Upper North Shore.
According to the network, the region’s commercial market has been well supported by rezoning changes and by developers pursuing value through low to medium residential development sites.
Doran said the expansion comes at a time when landlords are beginning to explore commercial opportunities due to rising holding costs, such as strata levies, ongoing maintenance and changes in tenancy conditions.
“We’re seeing a clear shift in the way clients are thinking about property,” Doran said.
“More landlords are looking at commercial as a viable alternative, and having a dedicated offering allows us to better guide them through that transition with the right advice and support.”
Having developed strong connections in the local market, Dennis said the office was well-positioned to support clients across a broad range of asset classes.
“The Upper North Shore presents a unique mix of opportunity, from established retail centres through to industrial precincts and emerging development sites,” Dennis said.
According to Doran, the real estate team will seek to combine local insight with the network’s scale to deliver a strategic service.
